Guest Fee: $175 (includes Opening Reception and Gala Dinner/Entertainment only)

Refund policy: Full registration will be refunded if a written request is received by Vision Software Solutions no later than January 20, 2012. Fax the request to 843.571.2511. Cancellation requests received after January 20, 2012 but before March 20, 2012 are subject to a service fee equal to 50% of the registration fee. Cancellation requests received after March 20, 2012 and no-shows forfeit the entire fee. Substitute attendee(s) from the same institution may attend with no penalty. The same fee schedule applies to guest registrations.
